Welcome

Hi, I’m Eric (he/him), and I’m glad you’re here. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to go through it alone. I’ve always believed that we all have the ability to heal and grow—it’s just that sometimes, we need a little help finding our way.

In my work as a therapist, I see myself as more of a guide than an expert. I use an approach called Internal Family Systems (IFS) because I believe that each of us is made up of different parts—some we’re proud of, others we might struggle with—and all of them deserve to be heard and understood. My role is to create a space where you can feel safe enough to explore all those parts of yourself, without internal or external judgment.

Much of my work has centered on supporting people through challenging experiences—whether they’re working through trauma, complex relationship challenges, depression, suicidality, contentious shared custody, or all of the above. What I’ve learned from these individuals is that healing is rarely a straight path, but it’s always possible. There’s a profound strength within each of us, often waiting to be recognized. I’m here to walk beside you as you discover what healing looks like for you.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will see you for who you are and honor your unique path, I’d be honored to work with you. Let’s do this together—at your pace, with compassion, and a whole lot of curiosity.
